Pros: The food was excellent. The ahi poke was wonderful, and our steaks and side dishes were all prepared well.
Cons: The service was subpar. It felt like we were dining at a chain restaurant that prioritizes quick turnover. The size of the main rib was ridiculous, so big my husband couldn't finish what much says. The man never leaves meat or potatoes on his plate. I had a children's steak due to new operation, but also it was so delicate and juicy, the jalapeño bacon macaroni and the grilled mixed vegetables were also delicious! I would highly recommend this place!
This place was recommended to us. I called and was so lucky to come in on a Friday night. It's a sexy place. Our waitress was amazing. The food was absolutely fantastic. And we took an order of bread pudding to go, which was delicious. If I am ever happy enough to visit Park City Utah again, I will definitely make it a priority to eat here again!!!! The best!!!!
Two of us had an excellent dinner at Butcher's Chop House Bar in Park City Utah. The waiter James was professional, fast, got our orders right and kept an eye on the table. My 14 oz New York Steak was very tasteful and properly prepared. My buddy's best rib was excellent. Considering the cost, we both thought that the high-priced ducks included a side soup or salad and the available pages were good, but not excellent. Overall service was excellent, water was refilled, plates immediately deleted.
I have to say that the bar side is more alive than the hack house side, so if you are looking for a living environment, go there as they serve the same food. At first I'm not sure if we came to a bad time or something, but they ran out of the 16 ounce primary nativity this day, which seems strange, but the 12 ounces would suffice. Also, I'm not sure if they really needed the table back or something because we get our appetizers quickly, and we ordered our net and delivered quickly, and Dessert too. We were out there in 75 minutes. With service so fast, we also have a lot of our secondary dishes wrong. I have coconut rice instead of broccoli, no matter what, they have me the broccoli shortly after. My friend has 2 mushrooms instead of mushrooms and sprouts. The Jalapeño Mac and cheese are delicious. The main rib itself was ok, could have more taste. The lobster nachos are a must. Overall, the experience was okay. We wounded on the bar side, where we ordered more lobster nachos.
They used to offer a specials for locals in the off season. They dont do this anymore. The food seemed very mediocre for the price you pay. Staff was friendly and food was good. Just not what i expected for the price. Which is why i used to go during off season. Cocktails were delicious. Id go back and sit in the bar for a light snack.
