On the side of the fries, however, I can't understand the ones who praise them: although they are too cooked for fries (they are rather brown than yellow), they are completely soft. I imagine that the potatoes used, probably irreproachable at the level of organic farming, are of a variety not at all adapted to make fries. But if a fried hamburger fits you, it's a great choice!
