There are salad lunches...and then there is the Mongoo experience. During lunchtime you already get a hint of the popularity of this place the line spans out on the sidewalk and loops around a few times. This should not stop you from joining in however. what made mangoo's strength, it was generosity, but here it is that the ensign has dimished its portions. Have a good look at it, so now we pay a portion of mushrooms 1.30 € for just a mushroom cut into thin lamelles (and again!). The concept of creating your own salad based on products presented in front of you is very interesting and there was a lack of this type of restaurant in the neighborhood. The team is dynamic and professional and the products are very fresh. Two slightly negative points that I could put into perspective are that sometimes the doses are calculated and sometimes derisory (it really depends on the person serving). When you drop an extra slice of smoked ham for example... It 's annoying to see that the person will look for it in the bowl in the middle of the salad to put it back in the base jar... Furthermore it doesn 't seem to me that there is a loyalty card which would make me come more often
