The cuisine is from Shiaanxi in western China, which is similar to Sichuan (Szechuan) cuisine. As the owner said, in the west of China, they eat more noodles than rice :-)I had the spicy beef noodle bowl, and my wife had the chicken and vegetables with noodles.
