We had dinner here. My wife had moules frites (mussels and chips) and the mussels were very tasty. I had lasagne which was also very good. My dessert was poor. The restaurant has a great setting overlooking the harbour, and great for watching the sunset. The only negative here is the service - our waiter was cheerful, but a bit sloppy and spilt a couple of things, while the head waiter is knowledgeable, but not frien... View all feedback.
What mahareddyv doesn't like about O' Soleil:
Small busy place. Nobody speaks english, and no english menu neither. My pizza was overburn as hell. The spagetti wasn't enough for a child, not even for an adult. we paid 99 euros for 2 adults and for 4 children, but we stayed hungry. View all feedback.

This restaurant offers delicious food served by extremely friendly staff at great value for money prices. I highly recommend it.
We visited O Soleil on the first evening of our holiday in St Raphael. We were tired having travelled for the previous two and a half days, the weather was dreadful (thunder and lightning) and there were few people around the town and in those restaurants that were open. Our mood was low, as were our expectations, so we settled for the standard 17.90 Euro menu. What we received brightened up our mood and, indeed, our day.My starter, a Salad Nicoise was reasonably sized and included plenty of tuna, anchovies, tomatoes and green beans (I would have liked a few more onions and a bit more boiled egg but it was fine). My wife's starter was a prawn cocktail which was well presented and pronounced "lovely".For our main course we both opted for Pizzas and these were monsters, cooked in a wood oven and beautifully flavoured; we finished off with good sized, nicely flavoured ice creams (two "boules").Including drinks - half a litre of red wine, half a litre of San Pellegrino - the bill came to less than 50 Euros; it would have been appreciably more if we had ordered the same dishes off the a la carte menu.O Soleil is a good, solid restaurant overlooking the harbour in St Raphael and serving good quality food, in sensible portions at sensible prices. It deserves to thrive and we will help a little by revisiting it during our holiday.
