I had the opportunity to try their vegan cheese from a cheese platter starter I ordered at the Vegetarian Butcher. The cheeses were fantastic, tasting just like traditional French cheese to the point where I was worried I had accidentally eaten real cheese. She let me try some of her cheeses while explaining the different types and answering all my questions. The cheeses were delicious, beautifully crafted, and had a perfect texture. It was clear that the team had put in a lot of effort to recreate the flavors of traditional French cheeses. The prices were reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend stopping by. Additionally, the shop also offers other vegan food products.

I ended up choosing the blue cheese and was not disappointed! I will definitely be purchasing cheese from Jay Joy again.

It was a wonderful decision as I had a lovely encounter with one of their workers (Dmitri) and ended up leaving with some delicious cheeses as well as a block of butter. Everything is vegan and mostly organic I believe. I'm elated to have such a lovely shop nearby. Definitely go check them out if you're a vegan in Paris!! #Veganuary
