We 'd seen the infamous Eclipse in a listing of standout patisseries in Paris, and a coincidental conversation with a parisian she recommended it too, so we figured we were on the right track. I can't even begin to call what we had and how good everyone tasted. it was only perfection over the board. highly recommended. they will be for more.
We wandered from the triomphe to the triumphant arch when we passed on this beautiful terrace series. there were 4 of us, so we have some croissants, chocolate croissants and other lovely baked goods. the croissants melt in our mouth, they were so...butter and muddy. Unfortunately we were not in the neighbourhood, but I would return to paris only to get more of these beautiful tasty!
We spent five days in paris trying out all the pastry shops. We arrived at the conclusion that Cyril Lignac is on the top.His baba au hum is undeniably the best ever. So is his Flan. I also enjoy the black sesame chocolate, I cannot...wait to go back to his pastry shop and try the rest of his desserts
