I've tried about nine different types of cheese from the load and all were quite amazing, I wish I had packed them and taken home! Very good advice, thyme sheep cheese, is a real delight, the absolutely tasty ashy goat pear, I also enjoyed fresh white cheese. I highly recommend this cheese factory, true masters Fromagers, very professional.
