Sweet Frog - Paris

The frozen yogurt was amazing but an older and larger white woman working there was disrespectful and disgusting and she was being mean to my 8yr old cousin for no reason, just because he ate something out of his cup while we were waiting in line to pay for it and it?s not what she said it?s how she said it. She must hate kids or do it with her grandkids or her own kids. Her name is Kari Sims

Susan made our experience truly enjoyable. The 6-foot social distancing markers on the floor ensured everyone's safety, and the staff wore gloves to prevent any contact. I really appreciated how she went above and beyond to make our time special.

Perhaps it was due to the impact of the pandemic, but I wasn't particularly impressed. The selection was somewhat limited. However, the final product was quite tasty, and the staff was very helpful. The process for creating a yogurt cup during this time was clearly explained and easy to follow, and they are effectively prioritizing health safety throughout this challenging period.

Sweet Frog is truly a blessing! It offers such a joyful experience. The treats are delicious, and I appreciate that it's a Christian-based operation that supports many people. Always Fully Rely on God!

An hour before closing, the staff was already preparing to shut down the restaurant. The tables were flipped upside down on the benches to allow for mopping, making it impossible for customers to sit down. There was an unpleasant, sour odor in the air. One employee even walked right in front of me and began turning off the machines. It felt as if the workers were more focused on wrapping up their shift than on serving customers. I had a great experience at another Sweet Frog in Florida, so this was quite disappointing.
