Description

Subway offers a mixed dining experience that hinges on staff performance and order accuracy. While many patrons praise the delicious sandwiches, particularly the meatball subs, service quality can vary significantly. Frequent order errors, particularly with customizations like toasting preferences, have been a common complaint, often accompanied by dismissive managerial responses. Despite the occasional frustrating experience, the restaurant maintains an accessible atmosphere with ample parking and a decent price range of $10 to $20 per person. In summary, while the food is generally well-received, the inconsistency in service may deter repeat visits.

That was the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant. The girl was rude, made me wait forever before she even took my order. When I walked in there was a guy behind the counter with his shirt off messing with the food. I should have walked out and wish I would have because it only got worse . When she made my sandwiches they were a mess with only half the meat and half the cheese it was supposed to have in the first place but then she charged me for extra meat. I questioned why it was so high before I paid but I thought maybe I added it up wrong. When I got my receipt I noticed she charged me wrong but refused to fix it or give me what I had paid for. She told me she was trained to charge people like that and she didn't have to fix it. Needless to say I left unhappy and the sandwiches were not good, all you could taste was the bread. I patronize two local Subways. They are usually very good, especially when the managers server me. I knocked then on atmosphere. Their decor is strictly 70's plastic. No charm, Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Lady kept on about getting extras and premium meals so she could win some competition, I wet extra meat to try and help it, get charged an arm and a leg for a 6 inch sandwich and it had hardly any meat on it, mostly made of cheese and so dry Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I concur with the previous reviews about your experience depending on the staff you have making your sandwich. Some of them are friendly and helpful, some of them have the personality of a piece of angry wet cardboard. The actual food I have received has always been good, but I'm always there to watch it being made also. I have never seen a manager or supervisor there, so idk what kind of oversight or training these kids get, but from the other comments I can only assume it's scarce. But then again, when you keep jacking up the min. wage, this is what happens, businesses trying to stay open make cuts and do more with less people resulting in poor service. Its not always the fault of the people behind the counter. That and it's HARD to find good help in Paris, AR, especially for min wage.
