What User doesn't like about Steak 'n Shake:
We were very disappointed. My partner and I used to visit Steak 'n Shake three to four times a month because we loved the place. However, the Steak 'n Shake in Paris, TN has become a franchise, and now the shakes are all artificially flavored, lacking the natural fruit we used to enjoy. It is a great place to eat with her family. service is great.
Service was not very good. We waited for at least 10-15 minutes to be waited on and finally ended up asking someone to wait on us. The table that was seated after us was waited on before us. The waitress that did end up waiting on us was sweet. The food was good and prices were good.
Put ketchup and mustard on daughter's hot dog without asking. Stuff on ceiling around vents. Not sure what it was. Hamburger patties very thin. Gave 2 stars for great sauce on Frisco and waitresses working hard.
Seriously, you really want to know? After ordering and waiting for 25 minutes, yes it was 25 minutes, our waitress comes by and sees we don't have food and turns around and leaves then comes back and says the computer didn't print out our order to the dresser. Really..wth! So another almost 15 minutes go by and our food arrives with apologies. This was with about a dozen ppl total there.No thank you Audrey. But we didn't have to pay. So go and be forewarned.
Service was great, the server we had was amazing and super nice and got us to go drinks
