Don 't waste your time ordering from here. Placed my order in the app, it said that my order would be ready at 1:35. Went to pick up the order and not only was... read more Don 't waste your time ordering from here. Placed my order in the app, it said that my order would be ready at 1:35. Went to pick up the order and not only was it not ready, there was no bone in chicken cooked. Asked for the manager and a refund, he wouldn 't even come talk to me. Place was filthy, and the cook who wasn 't cooking looked stoned out of his mind. We left empty handed and irate after waiting 40 minutes for food that clearly wasn 't coming.

The manager there is a joke or whomever said they were in charge I see online there is nothing but an absolute string of nothing but reviews of the same experience I am having and I have no idea why corporate hasn’t taken botice of the fact they’re robbing people food, not giving them a receipt so they have no proof for the food that they paid for. It’s shameful that since the Taco Bell half left that location it’s gone straight into the toilet with service, food quality and the atmosphere is a lot to deal with. The workers don’t look clean or presentable. And the fact our Mac n cheese was two different colors which means it previously sat out and wasn’t even a small it was in a gravy dish. So ridiculous and you can’t get a refund either because again no freaking receipt. Someone needs to do something

The chicken is almost always undercooked and soaking wet so the skin sloughs off. The sides are cold. This time the biscuits weren't even cooked, they were still doughy. They barely even listen to me when I order and I have to repeat myself multiple times.
