The staff was very pleasant but I could see their frustration due to being short staffed.
The manager was very rude to me and avoided and ignored me because I am a prior employee who got done ! I was asking a question about a check that no one would cash around town , however she stated I would not get another even if it was my sick time I earned , she was wrong ! There was no expiration or void date in the check ! Just think it’s unprofessional to treat. Any customer that way even if I had worked for them before!! She was rude and I waited 10 mins for her to tell me that as she walked away from me
The Unity, Maine location never fails to impress, while some other locations can be quite disappointing.
It's surprising that this place is still in business. I don't usually like to complain, but the older man with the goatee and patchy grey-black beard who works the morning shift at the sandwich station has repeatedly been very rude to my younger brother, my wife, and me. The food is often just warm at best, and the coffee tends to be burnt and acidic.
