The owner's mentality was to use everything... read more I used to work at this restaurant two years ago. I quit after being told to serve moldy chili to a regular customer. The owner's mentality was to use everything until it was gone, regardless of the quality. Many of the dishes were not cleaned properly and hygiene standards were not upheld. I once pointed out a dirty plate during a meal service, only to be told that it added to the taste. I have not returned to eat there in six months. Overall, it is a unpleasant place with unsanitary conditions and unfriendly owners.

I'm helping t... read more I worked there two years ago. I quit when I was told that I serve mold chili to an everyday cousin. I quote. just get the form out, it'll be fine. I'm helping to turn a bar in my past. but this picturesque owner has no desire to change. what most people think is fresh eating old. he does not believe in throwing away everything and using any food product until it is gone, no matter what. some of the dishes were not cleaned for long and had not put up the rule. during an evening meal I said that I didn't use this plate it has dust a customs thick on it. he's telling me. it adds taste. not even in six months I have eaten there. nasty place nasty owners
