Guy who worked the lunch drive through on 11-21 was wonderful- polite, friendly and helpful, which you don’t always get with fast food workers. He brought sauce for my sandwich out to my car just when I was about to go in and get it (after exiting the drive through and realizing it was missing. HORRIBLE management and service. The employees constantly complain when customers come in, the employees preparing food don’t wear gloves NOR wash their hands. This establishment needs to be shut down and swapped out with a complete new crew. From owners, management and below! View all feedback.
Every time I come here the employees are beyond rude and act like they got hit in the head too many times in prison.
Fifty years in retail and this experience set the bar for other fast foods. The food was exactly as I ordered and the staff was absolutely fantastic. My wife even rang the bell as we left. The customer service was excellent and the atmosphere was alright but I had a problem with my Buffalo sliders my chicken wasn't fresh just to hard … and this was around 1145 should always be fresh … to expensive for it not to be …
Sandwich was soggy. And had way to much dressing on it. That was a waste of $8.
Our visit was great food was delicious and service was great friendly staff as well!
