So, you know when you're living an extraordinary culinary experience and you're going back and it's disappointing, not spring! I came back again and again and it's beautiful. Not suffocating just incredible. You are served by adorable young people who seem to appreciate that you are happy! Get the chords... we were served a mersault!

Come on, let's start with the embroidery subjects: the reservation is impossible, complicated, short, not friendly at all. The portions are too small, it's a bit radine for the price. The quality friendly service in the small open and intimate kitchen is great. the wine list is limited, rather young but sufficient. food is very fresh and of solid quality. one of the highlights was the exceptionally well prepared dish of pigeon and foie gras, where the pigeon was superbly cooked. the trout slightly poached in an anth, lemon and maple syrup sauce was very good and all other dishes were solid but not exceptional. experimentation has decreased compared to previous years, but for the price it is an excellent opportunity to eat. the course of the wines is well selected with good wines but not exceptional.
