We dine in this restaurant in September, the place is small but well organized, the food really good and served with class. It was the first time I was eating Japanese betting and I have to say that I was really happy to come back. View all feedback.

A delightfull and authentic japanese restaurant. It has a pared down decor, specialities from Tokyo, plates like sushi, charcoal-grilled meats, but the strong paper are the French desserts courtesy of Pierre Herme.
Chawan Muchi a soup of excellent dashi broth and egg turned into a silky custard. House made tofu and dashi becomes a wonderful Age Dashi. And the tempura was light as a feather. Right near the Louvre.
A two-way dinner in a refined setting. I found the staff a little too present (the hierarchy of the great restaurant seems to be outdated in this limited space and ultimately does not promote intimidation). the meal was good and refined without surprises to the desserts that were beautiful and excellent.
