The dishes are absolutely delicious, varied and of very good quality (which explains the prices of course) and the presentation of the dishes is sublime! To try, by booking before! Congratulations to the whole team for this quality!
We booked for the first time on the occasion of my birthday, first of all I did not find very pleasant staff or small care. I sent back my dish because it contained an ingredient that I can’t eat and that is not mentioned in the title of the dish ... I’m told a new dish that I barely ate. No waitress came to ask me if this time it would or simply make sure that the dinner takes place as desired and if you enjoyed it ...Gustatively I didn’t appreciate it, quality and freshness are not at the rendezvous (cooked octopus without taste and bad cooking, purée very fade and fried apples not good). It is very expensive for what it is... we ate for 1000 times better at the same price elsewhere ... for what is dessert yes it was good but normal it is signed Pierre hermé... it is a pity because the place is nevertheless nice under the glass
The atmosphere and decor are interesting and the view is superb. But at the level of culinary proposals tastes and originality are lacking; For example, for beef tartar that is fade. For the price paid, I do not recommend this place for food, only for a drink at the bar in an original atmosphere. Honestly, I think there are a lot of places in Paris that are better...
