We were delighted with our evening. From the entrance to the dessert, we enjoyed good products. It's all homemade, it's tasty. The owners of this place are simply charming, madam has very good advice on the wine. You can go with your eyes closed if you like the good cuisine of Lyon (meaning ponds, foot of pigs succulent, andouillette divine). View all feedback.
What Élise Pottier doesn't like about Les Coteaux:
Yes, the cooking is just like mother used to make, but Mom wasn't a good cook. The cook hustles in the kitchen, the waitress hustles on the floor, but the end product doesn't merit their enthusiasm. Barely edible (hard, over salty) charcuterie, with only a couple of choices on the plate. Undistinguished entrees. I left here, although it doesn't have many reviews. it is a very small cozy family-run restaurant with a young and amazingly good behavior young hanging calmly and occasionally help. I had cast in white wine sauce and ravioli in cheese sauce. Both had sauces. a delicious and groundy taste. nothing felt pretentious or overdone or try to be too hard to be imaginative, it was all true and honest eating that did not need frills because of the great taste. regarding the service, while the owners speak English, it is not their native language, so either great in French to get or expect it to find out a bit dinge. they are very accommodating and offer perfect recommendations and declarations according to needs. here is the right kicker to the service. the type with which I was there asked if they had fries (pommes frites, many restaurants they have) and instead of saying that no server went back to ask the chef. they didn't talk out, no explanation that we usually don't wear frits. , they just came ten minutes later with a large portion of tasty hand-cut pommes that they did on the-die-fly despite it not a menu item. we would have been completely satisfied if they had just said no, but they just did. the price was great for quality. I would definitely return!
I stop in this little OL cap... I still have the memory of these keel-square-square-square-square-square-square-sweet-sweet-sweet-sweet-sweet-sweet-sweet-sweet-sweepers. simply divine, the patrons are welcoming and very good advice! You'll have to go with your eyes closed again!

Barely edible (hard, over salty) charcuterie, with only a couple of choices on the plate. Undistinguished entrees. I left most of my plate of noodles after just a couple of bites, and declined their offer to allow me to take the rest home. The ambiance is straight out of the 1950s: random mosaic floor, old posters. The sign in the window announces that they once won a prize for the best pot of wine in town; it must have been long ago, or a steep decline since that happy day.
Last night I was eating with my best friend in this little Parisian bistro. nice surprise!sympathy reception, kitchen a small feast served with a good small wine.fine fresh products!! bravo
