Ambiance and kitchen is OK. But service is totally disappointing and displeasing. First they forgot to note my order so I waited for 30 minutes just to find that actually the cooked nothing. And I would for longer if I wouldn't call them after few attempts. Then they finally took my order and after 15 minutes more (damn! why I didn't left this place before?) I got my soup. Then about 15-20 minutes later I got the meal. well... half of it because the forget the rest. I tried to get their attention and ask to bring me at least some water but worthless. They just kept going by. When I told to the guy at counter what do I think about their restaurant he proposed me some water.. Yeah. Thanks.Though you may find this restaurant really good during dinner time I do not advice you to visit this place for lunch especially if you are not ready to spend more than one hour waiting for your meal.
Stayed in Holiday Inn Pasteur (see review)Exec version: good, fresh, but pricey for what they served, and small sushis compared to what I have had in other restaurants. Excellent "gyoza" and miso soup. Googled "Sushi", and after finding this one closest to the hotel, had to download an App to start the ordering process, but then it was very quick with a "shopping basket" style ordering. I was not sure if the order had gone through, as I could not enter an address, so rang them to check. Friendly service assured me the order was received and asked if I wanted to have it delivered free - great! Delivery time was given for 20.00, and they turned up at my room at 19.50, with a smile and a "bon appetit". They included a free miso soup (not ordered) - was it a mistake or a freebie ?I Who cares - it was yummy.
Picked up some take-out sushi since this place was right around the corner from our hotel (Mercure Vaugirard Porte Versailles). Well packaged, freshly made, friendly & quick service, clean-looking restaurant, good selection, reasonable prices for the area.We got four, six-piece rolls and as I recall it was around €25.
The food was interesting and delicious. not much ambiente in restaurant. better order a delivery.
