This bistro is now called express 27. He didn't seem very engaging before. My experience. I'll get a coffee. I'm not particularly retarded, but the waitress wants me to rule. Okay, no problem. She doesn't make me change. I'll tell her a few seconds after she left and basically she's accusing me of stealing her 70 cents and asking me to open my leaf door in search of the stolen pieces! I was so stunned that I almost did it before I realized that she was accusing me of flying with a sidinged aplomb! I remember having it counting the currency carefully! I didn't give it back! apart from that, no need to make a long description of the place is a mite bar as there is a lot of it. not tested the quality of the food, the quality of the service sufficed me. Six of us were staying very close to Gare Montparnasse and stopped into this cafe after a busy morning. It seems like we would have a quick sandwich, etc. WRONG - the special of the day was braised veal with potatoes. Three of us ordered it and raved about it for the remainder of the vacation. Two of us had the pasta primavera = very good and the croque madam also delish. Don't underestimate a simple spot.
