The menu fixe at Les Embruns is delicious. I opened with a terrine of duck with a small salad and some freshly baked bread which was delicious, then had a farmer's pancake with andouille sausage and onions, washed down by the best dry apply cider. The staff are brilliant and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes Breton food. View all feedback.
What Isaac Martin doesn't like about Les Embruns:
une atmosphère très bruyante ( de type cantine), des galettes sans gout ou du moins pas le VRAI gout de la galette bretonne et un service peu rapide. Les crêperies devraient être réglementées au même titre que les boulangeries. Ceux qui ne font pas du bon pain frais ne peuvent pas indique "boulangerie" sur la devanture. Excellent service and food. We tried both savoury and sweet crepes twice already. Portions are generous. The mouse was excellent!
This place was near our hotel, so we ate there twice during our week-long Paris stay. It was amazing! Both the savory crepes and the sweet crepes were wonderful. The wine and bar drinks were great, and the waiters were top notch...so friendly and helpful. We will definitely figure out how to get here again when we are next in Paris.
This is a smart, smallish restaurant serving a wide variety of crepes, galettes and salads 'à deux pas ' from the Gare de Lyon. My wife and I enjoyed two sizeable, delicious salads with some very agreeable Provence Rosé wine at a very decent price . The restaurant was clearly well supported by local 'habitués ' on a Sunday evening. If you want a simpler meal, served efficiently in smart surroundings (as many locals clearly seemed to! then this is a good choice. It 's high rating seems to be well deserved.
High quality crepes served quickly and with good customer engagement. Provided at an astonishing low price. Especially give that the helpings are huge.
Crêperie idéalement située, tout près de gare de Lyon. Les galettes et crêpes y sont bonnes. Serveurs sympathiques.
