Real French people cooking real French food; friendly, family affair. The soup was excellent. The bread to die for. And the marinated cake for dessert! Magnifique! And for those with a consciousness, all the eating utensils, bowls, etc. made from bio-products and compostable. Paris has changed, but this is the classic charm in one little restaurant. This is a very nice and unusual place . I tried a cold green soup , have no idea how it's called , but it is very tasty. Seems like this place very well known by local people, for me this is a very good sign.
It is more a place for lunch, so a limited but delicious choice of homemade soup, pasta and salted cakes available and a selection of decent wines. friendly and helpful staff who welcomed us very well. English spoken.
In the district of the buttes chaumont, this small restaurant/bistrot is a small pearl. a lovely welcome, a warm and pleasant place, oriental cuisine made home, a real pleasure! all in simplicity and charm thanks to the team for your sympathy.
It's a pick-up point where you can sit. food is served in cardboard, so don't expect a dinner party. the quality of the food was reasonable. Simmer in large kettles but was not really hot. ingredients okay, a lot of vegetarian.
