This became my home away from home on a recent trip to Paris. From the first time I visited, to the last time, I was treated like family. The food is simple but very good. The restaurant provides a very good vantage point if you like people watching. I was there either during the day or early evening. I imagine that it becomes very busy at night. View all feedback.
What Desiree L doesn't like about The Station:
We went here based on word of mouth (from someone we had met briefly at Versailles) regarding the savory crepes. We ordered a half carafe of rose wine that was undrinkable. It tasted medicinal and old. We ordered two crepes and the lady taking our order tried to talk us out of one of them (it was on the menu) because the bleu cheese that it was supposed to contain was too strong (in her words). We ordered it anyway,... View all feedback.
Unbelievable! A bar of friendship like no other! This is my third night there and I still ask!
I kiff mostly sebastien the boss who is cool and the Latin evenings organized the bottom are on top. I'll give it to you.
Little nice meal with my wife. very good reception, family atmosphere all customers know each other. Red mill staff and two years. simple but very good meals. The card is not big at all is fresh. is worth the detour
The Station Brasserie is a bar I always tend to drop into on any holiday I take to Paris ,it's a brasserie that's seemed to have been around for many years . I love the look of this brasserie ,interior is lived in ,cosy ,a cool looking serving bar ,pubby decor and furnishings and lots of seating options both inside and outside looking out onto the busy Boulevard De Clichy . We were here on a Friday afternoon ,a really hot afternoon ,we sat outside were we ordered and were served beers from Pelforth Brewery ,these were served iced cold and sparkling ,we kicked back ,chilled out and watched the world rush by while sipping our beers. A big fan of this famous French beer ,it's a golden ,light and hoppy beer bursting with taste and just so easy to drink ,when this beer is served freezing cold as in this bar it's such a delicious beer indeed . We both really enjoyed our beers in here before we moved on and as on every other visit to here we had a great time. The Station Brasserie is easy to locate along Boulevard De Clichy ,it's a minutes walk from the famous Moulin Rouge. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday,8.30am till 2am. Well worth checking out if you're in the area.
Ignored for 10 minutes by a barmaid who looked like she should be working in one of the more colourful places on the street.
