Always as pleasant. quiet (weekly), a very courteous welcome, and excellent dishes...Of course, all this has a cost......
So far, I was really avoiding going to the restaurant for Valentine's Day, after one or two cooked disappointments in other restaurants: insufficient service because of great affluence (so much to predict!), not exhilarating menus at a higher price than usual. But I made an exception for sonatines because I had already enjoyed an excellent tasting menu, which is precisely the vocation of this restaurant, and in addition, the menu of Saint-Valentin was available on the site and it promised luxury products to be recessed. No disappointment: we ate an excellent cuisine (what happiness to find this wonderful granite with a surge !), which multiplied the sophisticated products, and the service was well. the agreement "mets and wine" providing various glasses of very good wine granted to what we handled avoided the puzzles and other odds on the choice of the drink. the reception was smiling, the soft atmosphere felt, the room always beautifully decorated without fault of taste... nothing to say. Of course, that kind of benefit is paid. But we had such a good night that the game was worth it. We'll save money and come back!
Excellent restaurant dishes are delicious refined but also well presented. The welcome and warm the atmosphere and very pleasant the dishes are at the author of their price. Restaurant and perfect for all occasions and especially a romantic outing.
An incredible discovery. 3-course meal, with 2 courses of appetizers, a pink pineapple granita before dessert, and 2 courses of sweets. Refined dishes, combinations worthy of a gastro, service of rare attentiveness. An address of choice.
A perfect lunch for a birthday, where our table was the only one in the restaurant! What a surprise, because we were lucky this Saturday that the chef decided not to take any other reservations. So we had a large table in the middle of the room. The decor is timeless old France far from current fashions, in a quiet area but the most important thing is the welcome, the service and the taste and visual qualities for each of the dishes. The Japanese chef has put his creativity and culture at the service of French cuisine and the result is perfect. The combinations are sometimes surprising but the flavor is well highlighted by the accuracy of the cooking, seasoning and dressing. The choice of very colorful dressing hides the main part of the dish allowing for a surprise discovery. From appetizers to sweets, the chef 's mastery is impressive. Small extract: scallops and puff pastry sea bass fillet on a bed of eggplant pan-fried duck foie gras and citrus fruits floating island with strawberries.
