the best hotpot restaurant (Chinese fondue ) to bet for me. native to several Chinese regions, this restaurant offers in its most traditional form a chilled pot divided into 9 sections! The top! a wide variety of fresh and quality ingredients ( marinated meat, marinated fish ... )! authentic!!! highly recommended. View all feedback.
What Cyrus Haley doesn't like about Shujiuxiang:
Service is really not very honest. a the map there are always two prices: small and large portion, we have specified small for each dish and for the drink, we have only been brought big ones. For the drink you can see that it's the big one, you go back, for the dishes you can't really know. result : super expensive addition (2 times more than expected) ! It is not a pbm of communication but really honesty.... View all feedback.
An amazing introduction to Chinese cuisine. I've been taken to this restaurant by familiar Chinese, and they're going to this place to sow the traditional "hot pot". the price first surprised us with 25 euros per person, but then we understood the system, and were also surprised by the amount of food. you choose from the menu the base of the soup (bouillon) more or less sharp, then the components. They bring you shrimp, meat, lobster balls, selected beef cuts, fish, vegetables and everything you choose the coolest. Moreover, you are already preparing all this by yourself, and for all of this there is no limit, you can forgive as many additives of any ingredient you want. to taste a traditional dish and experience an unforgettable experience, you must go through here!

We went to this restaurant on the occasion of my birthday. When we get here, we're barely told hello, we're saying that as long as the kitchen is good it's not too bad. We sit down and I find a used towel on my chair, okay it wasn't visible they didn't notice it. The Chinese fondue is ordered, and when the ingredients arrive half are still frozen, for the vegetables one finds: tofu (6 small rectangles), black mushrooms (2), some soy shoots, salad with Chinese cabbage, for 24.90 per person it hurts. We had the formula with the water at the mango, we never had it and had to demand a pichet of water. Towards the end of our meal, friends of the manager of the establishment arrived at the table next to us and had, on the other hand, an excellent service, and the table was filled with good ingredients (and a pichet of water at the mango)! in almost industrial quantity. At the time of payment, the waitress did not consider it useful to ask us how the meal was and urged us to pay. In short, there are lots of small Chinese fondue restaurants that I think are much better and cheaper.

The fondue is ok in this restaurant, it is very classic but does not rise to the level of some competitors in the neighborhood. The dishes are the same, just okay. However, the visit to the restaurant is worth a visit to the spicy beef dish, in pot. exactly what we could find in China, Sichuan or Hunan, in short it can sting the uninitiated, however excellent. I'm only going back to that dish.
