The lower terrace is a small country corner in the middle of Paris!
Very nice place, pleasant lost, in the middle of the Parisian nature where you can take a drink quietly on the small belt. Various and varied workshops like a massage workshop last time. We can even recycle or repair its appliances. However, the place. Finally, rather the place where the recycleria is located, leaves to be desired.
