We lived next door to an old Italian couple who used to make pizza each sunday and send us a plate or two over the fence. Wonderful delicious food always on a super thin base. None of the thick and horrible bread like pastry you seem to get everywhere these days. Well the good news is if you are in Paris near the Opera area head for 24 rue caumartin. Of the few restaurants that were open for a holiday, so we had the option to try Italian food. Pizzas had no fault, good dough and right taste. After countless pizzas I've tried, it's not one that uncovers the truth a lot, but we were out of the way. Pizza cheeses very well. flat of rigatoni gorgonzola really not very hot. Quick service.
Restaurant located in front of our hotel, warm welcome, it leaves us time to take the aperitif and take our order after , the carbo gnocchis are very good and copier , the meat is tender and the gambas are generous . I recommend.
In front of all these unfavourable opinions I gave up pizza. I took lamb chops and I really enjoyed myself

Since the change of ownership, the cuisine is great and the service too. I recommend !!
