Delicious chicken pho and spring rolls! Very generous servings; I maybe got through half of the bowl of pho! Also, this restaurant is on a quieter little side street so it's a nice place to sit outside on a cool day. I do wish they offered wine though. View all feedback.
What Paul Dumas doesn't like about Pho Minh:
I went here to eat and paid with card, but I was charged twice because there was some problems with their system and the receipt didn't come out at first, even though it said approved on the machine. I didn't want to hand them my...card the second time but they wouldn't let me go, and insisted that the money had not been charged yet. Well, it was indeed charged. Now I'm out of France and there's no way to contact the... View all feedback.
As Asians, we were starving for Asian food in Paris as there is only so much bread and sandwiches and pasta that we can stomach! My wife and kids and I really liked Pho Minh - we had takeaway twice and ate at the restaurant once. Portions are generous with regards to the bean sprouts and basil leaves, noodles and also the beef. We find that what frequently leads to a disappointing bowl of pho is the poor execution of the soup however Pho Minh did an outstanding job. The soup was full of beefy flavour and aromatic with just the right amount of the right kind of spices. I drank all my soup up!Apart from pho, I also tried their bun which is vermicelli tossed with fish sauce and sliced carrots, cucumber, Viet spring rolls, beef - two thumbs up! My younger daughter also liked their spring rolls a lot.
The atmosphere is very romantic. You think you have travelled to the East. The food is very light. The flowers at the table very chic touch. Better for dinner

I've been obsessively trying various pho places in Paris recently, and this is so far my favorite. The casual outdoor seating felt very 'Asia'. Open all day Sunday, as are most of the shops and restaurants in the heart of the old Jewish quarter of the Marais.
