Le Bistrot dans toute sa splendeur, les escargots de Bourgogne délicieux, la salade de bulot extrêmement tendre, (je soupçonne une incroyable mayonnaise au wasabi), des oeufs mayo compétitifs, le pâté de farine de châtaigne était fou de saveurs, la crépinette délicieuse, pour finir le brillant baba au rhum. Une super adresse, une excellente atmosphère, est-ce que j'y retournerais? Absolument.
