Contribute Feedback What Sabine Bouchet doesn't like about NINA'S Paris:
we went with an American friend who burns. she tried to talk to the staff; only to be very polite. the shop assitent asked my friend: can they please stop talking to me, I cannot understand them. Please accept English. well, I found ut was rude and not nice. because my friend was in a foreign country and tried to speak this language. this shop needs me staf training on customer service. At the invitation of a friend we went along for tea at Nina's. A pretty little shop in the heart of the 1st arrondissement, we were made welcome by the hostess Aiko. The Marie Antoinette tea we drank was delicious and we bought a number of beautifully presented gifts. A well spent hour if you want something to do besides sightseeing and museums
Showed up 5 mins early, but was greeted by a very friendly saleswoman who let us in. We explained that we had a daughter named Nina, and was looking for unique souvenirs for her. She showed us some things and even offered us some "princess tissane tea" to bring back for her. Very sweet. We ended up getting a mug, and a tin with tea in it for her. The store is beautifully decorated. The saleswoman made it a lovely visit.
Everything in this shop has Nina on it and it all looks cute and beautiful. The prices are expensive and I personally didn't like the rose flavour chocolate. However some of my friends loved it. The sales person was very nice and friendly.
After a very long walking day in Paris, we stopped here for a brake. They dont have much options, i guess, as the nice lady working their recommended to us the cake and tea (the Merry Antoinette) - after she gave us a very warm welcome. The cake was extremely nice and especially with the combination of that great tea! Highly recommended
We stepped in back in time by entering Nina. Catherine offered a warm welcome and wonderful tea on a cold paris fall day. Wonderful blend of history and specialy blended teas and wonderful chocolates. A must visit while shopping in Paris and put all the shopping bags down for a little while.Merci Catherine pour votre accueil !
