The tasting menu was filled with the natural flavors of the sea, the meadow, and the forest and was full of unexpected counterpoints and resonances.. Each dish was delicious and surprising. Each dish was plated beautifully. The wine pairing was more than up to the task of complimenting each dish. The entire experience was wonderful and enormous fun. The service was very gracious and very warm. We were very grateful for the effort made to translate the explanation of each dish to english, as our French is rudimentary, and the explanations of the dishes are important for full appreciation. We are so glad to have had this meal!
