Delicious dinner confirmed at the very last minute (in waiting list). The menu is unique (in 6 or 9 services), you can easily try with a maximum of dishes. The man/caviar option is a little disappointing: many caviar certainly, but not enough urchin. The service is very warm, attentive and pleasant.
