The hardest thing is to last, in quality and quantity... here, for almost thirty years, the magic lasts. we are at the top of the theatre of the elysed fields built by august perret (the reconstructor of the harbour: superb view is beautiful especially the evenings of thunderstorms. the service is perfect in a quiet, open and quiet atmosphere, it is attentive and just without being artificial and ridiculous in short we are in! The kitchen is excellent, from the perfect organic egg, cepes, parmesan to the rake of glazed calf with topinambour purée in the final baba to the ambrated rum, exotic fruits, behind the fruit of the passion that the king Stanislas would have validated. Everything's good. one of the very good Parisian tables in and beyond the plate!

Beautiful showroom, warm and friendly welcome. an interesting piece I recommend the black comedy of good actors, humor and we don't get bored at all. pleasant and pleasant place.
