A tapas bar nestled in the heart of the 7th arrondissement that deserves the detour! beautifully decorated place, where sobriety and conviviality are to the honor, very pleasant and smiling welcome. the wine menu is limited and relevant, the menu of the salty and sweet tapas sufficiently garnished for all tastes. French and Italian classics re-visit with perse accent, it is truly excellent and well-controlled, quality products, work in perfect cuisine, pretty flavors and textures, very good value for money... in the end, you want to test the whole card and so to return it!!!
This restaurant is very small and great atmosphere the food is great mix of persian French cousin, the steak torsh taste very good it's sour and delicious and the coccolate mouse is very delicious! I totally recommend it if you're in this area..
Perfect for a two-course dinner, excellent tapas and visually pleasing, -40% with a stove is pleasure
It was recommended by my French colleague, and I'm really happy that I went there. Charming atmosphere, nice staff, and good food what else do you need while being in Paris?
My wife, our two kids, and I serendipitously discovered this gem near the Eiffel Tower. I am an Iranian-American from San Francisco and I’ve eaten at excellent Iranian restaurants in L.A., SF, cities that in Iran...and now Paris. Libra is one of the best of them and certainly the most creative. Dishes like Kashk-e Badamjan (traditional eggplant dish), Noon Panir (feta, crushed walnuts, herbs, filo dough bread), Salad Shirazi (cheese, tomato, cucumber, persian spices, all deconstructed), Juje Kabab (chicken kebab), Chorizo in Saffron Emulsion, and Bastani (rosewater-infused ice cream) were either extremely delicious or both very good and very creative. All were an unexpected variation of a traditional Iranian dish. The Kashk could have been a touch more bitter as in the traditional preparation and the Noon Panir a touch less sweet (honey on the filo bread), but these are minor quibbles. Our red and white wines were among the best we’ve had in Paris. The tiny dining room was wonderfully cozy, and you could just sense that the patrons were delighting in the whole experience. As we were leaving we were lucky enough to chat with the chef, a lovely woman who immigrated from Iran just 10 months ago! Libra was a treat from top to bottom.
