What Luc Lombard doesn't like about Les Antiquaires:
This restaurant was always very busy, so we made a reservation.Reception was excellent. Service was a bit slow, although the restaurant was still rather empty when we arrived at 6:30 pm. After an excellent pate, the food was at best mediocre. Possibly we had an off night, as it is always very busy. View all feedback.
Found this little restaurant as we were making our way to a museum and needed lunch. Excellent fries and quaint atmosphere. Fried chicken sandwich and Norwegian smoked salmon were excellent. Good service and clean bathrooms.
We booked at table through trip advisor, we choose it for its location and after reading some of the reviews. Was really good service, we didn't feel rushed or forgotten about. Very friendly staff. The food was fantastic, my husband had the steak and I had the chicken wok with extras chips. Both dishes were cooked perfectly. We would definitely eat there again and recommend it.
We arrived early for lunch (11:15) on a Tuesday. It was not crowded at that time, but by 12:00, every seat was filled. I had the tapas platter and it was a treat. My husband had the burger and fries- very good quality but it was too rare for "medium". The severs were delightful and we enjoyed sitting in the window, watching the people stroll by. Highly recommended for lunch!
I liked the atmosphere at this bistro. It was very convenient to our hotel but also to the Louvre and the Musee D'Orsay. Very typical french bistro with some very nice food, many english speakers in the restaurant which was helpful for me with my very poor french!Love the fact that they had outdoor and indoor seating and was very busy even at 9pm at night. Wished I could have stayed longer but my 12 year old daughter was fried after a day of sightseeing!
Visited this lovely little restaurant by chance whilst taking a walk Enjoyed a wonderful dinnerService was excellent and especially the warmth and helpful Maria who offered great recommendations for wine food and desertA must try is the nougat raspberry desert My wife food allergy concerns were met with respect and careful attention All in all a 5/5 experience George and Vas Australia
