We stumbled upon this place after strolling around Pere Lachaise. The menu list seemed like fairly standard items, but they way they are cooked and served is original and spectacular. Delicious superb moment and mid cooked with vanilla note a delight
It's almost with a big smile we're welcome. registration of health passes. A nice room. A short card. A good tab with its vegetables treat our friend. With my half, without being cut into bites we really enjoyed a cooked calf with a point-hop, mellow and tender the accompaniment of roasted hatch (sleeve of chicken probably), good purée and an excellent sauce. a really delicious dish. Each of us has taken a glass of different wines also well chosen to finish on a sweet note: a pear or a lost bread with salted caramel sauce. A real discovery. a L’Entracte is kindness, a good selection of wines and an excellent and exquisite cuisine, the quality of the products. hold your table because the room is small. A nugget in the neighborhood that is not renamed for its restaurants (we lived in this neighborhood for years.
