The starter looked beautiful but was somewhat heavy while the taste was not exciting, rather blunt (Artichoke caviar, coriander and radish with a lemon and sesame cream). The main course (Salmon marinated with berries) was good. The waiters worked hard but could not give enough attention to the guests. You constantly had the idea they were understaffed. Epicurian degustation! Remarkable house in the heart of Saint-Louis Island
The concentrated expression that comes most to me for this kitchen is: subtle softness. All this along this beautiful instant season menu, from the fun mouth to a dessert as beautiful as good, and after. The famous star is well deserved. Just once or twice had a superfluous waiting supplement between two services. It's still a little detail. Accord mets and wines recommended without problems for discoveries. Nice room, young team. Everything is there for a long time that does not exclude a certain joy and gray hunting.

A Friday night more than exceptional especially thanks to the table of chef Alain Pegouret! Everything was up to the place: service, attention, a time in perfect while it was full. Delicious wines in perfect harmony with refined and tasty dishes. The ear mouth has good and will continue! Thanks again to the whole team!
