Very good menu at lunchtime with tasty main dish (chicken skewer with spices with some good side salad and rice) and ok desert (homemade yogurt with honey slightly disappointing compared to the main dish). Excellent Turkish coffee and pleasant staff. The atmosphere is very relaxed while elegant.
I went for lunch as part of a small group before a PhD thesis defense at the Ecole Normale Superiore. The restaurant looked like a typical bistrot from the outside, but as has been mentioned many times here, the cuisine is more eastern Mediterranean. I had the fromage blanc, the lamb and then rice pudding. All of these were fine, but nothing was all that different from a million places in Paris. Would I go back here? Sure, why not as I am in Paris often and there are many nondescript places in the 5th. However, I certainly would not make this a destination stop or even go a few blocks out of the way for it.
Excellent small local Turkish restaurant. Very good dishes Typical as lamb grille on butter tomatoes or smoked eggplants. An original Turkish dessert with angel hair is worth waiting for the 15 or 20 minutes announced. Very good value quality price, and friendly service. Bone at noon, often quiet at night, it's time to leave.
Good Turkish cuisine It is a fairly elegant restaurant, with friendly service and correct Turkish cuisine. The Turkish wines available. The menu is available at noon. The restaurant often receives large groups, so noisy at noon. Quiet in the evening, like all the restaurants in the neighborhood.
