What Guy Clement doesn't like about Le Piano Perché:
If you want a reliable restaurant that honors your reservation then go somewhere else. My partner and I booked a table for Valentine‘s day a month in advance. However, on the day of the reservation, three hours before the booking, they cancelled the reservation without...an explanation. Absolutely unacceptable and rude!!!!!!! We travelled all the way from England to have a nice Valentine‘s evening dinner and they com... View all feedback.
We chose this restaurant a little by chance and what a nice surprise when we arrived: the place is very beautiful and there is a small open kitchen where the chef prepares his dishes in front of his guests. The service is very welcoming. The map is reduced: everything is fresh, carefully prepared, and beautifully presented. A great bravo to this beautiful team!
A nice little restaurant or divinely eat from the entrance to the dessert we were conquered by the originality of the good foods a little shy ✓
Going to this neighborhood to make another restaurant without success, we chose the piano perched and frankly what beautiful and good discovery. I start by talking about the decoration: splendid, simple, beautiful, refined and class (bravo the painter)No choice 4 entries, 4 dishes, 2 desserts (menu joint) because all made minute by the chef/owner. entrances, dishes and top desserts. I had the pleasure of talking to the owner who is a very interesting chef. I'll lock up and recommend. note: if my comment, the menu or my pictures you liked, please click on I like.
Last night I went to eat in this pretty restaurant at the foot of Montmartre. I was greeted by the nice and nice stephanie, and I was delighted by the chef's creative cuisine. the presentation of the dishes was impeccable and one can say as much of them. The most surprising was the sauces. It's been a long time since I hadn't eaten as well.
Le Piano Perché is a small and cozy place and the service is very friendly and personal, albeit not strong in the English department. For starters I had the shelled crab (excellent) and my wife the lightly smoked burratta (also good) with a nice glass of Champagne. For the main course I had the humorously named Crispy Melty pig (delicious signature dish with some surprisingly good details, such as small pieces of chili-fried calamari). My wife had the duck with some of the best sauce and purée I've had (Michelin-restaurants included). Paired both with a good Côte du Rhone. For dessert I had the fruit and ice cream dessert (nice) and my had wife the ganache, which she liked, but I found oddly salt. We also had two reasonably priced and well blended cocktails, but skipped the coffee. The food was delicious and the portions on the large side - don't feel bad about leaving some on the plate, although it feels sad when the quality is so high. The prices are reasonable and we recommend Le Piano Perché highly.
