We stumbled over this gem while exploring the streets of Paris. It has a very nice atmosphere, simply decorated, and....the bathroom was spotless! (Could not say that about too many places, sadly.) The best was that we could have a small portion of something simple - a freshly baked brioche with homemade jam, and a small salad that was fresh and crisp, not swimming in dressing. The waitress was lovely, and giggled at... View all feedback.
What Еремия Певецова doesn't like about Le Pain Quotidien:
This is way too expensive to eat, I paid €14 for a croque monsieur, and it was not even a big one. We not coming back anymore. And the lady behind the counter should smile a bit!! View all feedback.
Modern but cozy atmosphere. Good selection of sandwiches, soups, desserts, vegetarian meals. Met with my girlfriend to have coffee and snacks here. Had the most delicious mendiant cake. butter cake topped with roasted nuts. sooo good! Came back the next day with my husband and unfortunately they ran out of it. Enjoyed plat de jour with soup and tartine. Generous portion.
And at least it's not Starbucks. The petite dejeuner house special was a perfect amount and great choices to fuel the day. Great for singles to groups, and kind to non-French speaking us.
Chain restaurant which offers and clearly lists quiet a few vegan options on their menu including muffins and a breakfast / brunch. Also can be adapted to gluten free with free from bread. Meal was fine there is definitely more exciting vegan places to eat in Paris but this is a good option if you are with meat eating friends and need to compromise! Produce used is also organic which is a nice touch.
A MUST DO in paris. this is a chain but you would never know it. super cute vibe on the PROVENCE interiors with mostly all home made "bio"(organic) menu on just about everything. their GF bread is amazing, best i have had with 3 years of no gluten. we actually returned here as the breakfast was so good, the staff adorable and the surroundings so comfy + cozy. + they are working towards being 0 carbon, gotta love it.
I have never cared for this chain either here , UK and the US. It never seems like enough food and the prices don't seem worth it. The quality of food is high and as I recall mostly organic.
