Definitely go here if you like good french wine and meats/cheese. We chose a light red wind and it was complemented lovely with two cheeses and meats. The atmosphere was very parisian and it was not too expensive.

Great little cheese and wine bar in the canal area. The waitress was so helpful and recommended a wine which would go well with our selection of cheeses. We didn’t book but managed to get a table for 2 at about 9pm. It wasn’t cheap but worth every penny. The truffle cheese was absolutely beautiful and we also had a glorious Brebis. It was in an ideal setting to go to a few bars on the canal area afterwards- we went to chez prune and comptoir general which were both just down the road and had an excellent night

After attending several other wine bars and coming up against waiters who wouldn’t give us the time of day as we couldn’t speak French we came across this small wine bar. As we first walked in we were met by our host who spoke fluent English and was nothing but accomodating. From the moment we walked in he was extremely helpful and took the time to explain all the wine, cheese and meats he had on offer. For €60 he selected all of our cheese, meat and wine. The platter we were given was extremely well put together and the wine pairing was spot on. With the generous portions of cheese and wine we were left extremely satisfied. Would highly recommend going here on your next stop in Paris.
