Tried the 25€ brunch. Started with an egg and mini waffles and a tiny piece of ham. Then had a salmon waffle which was just about OK. Finished with a cookies waffle which had nothing to do with cookies (basically had some chocolate syrup next to it and some nuts. Not sure where the cookie part is). Sober vegetable decoration. warm and warm host. Bravo to the chef for his original, delicious and generous dishes. special mention for dessert 100%Valhrona.
Original concept but proportion waffles/garnitures to be revisited.
