La Fromagette - Paris

Gorgeous view of the right bank from this small cafe towards the end of Ile St Louis. Once you’ve stopped so you can enjoy the view you stay because of the food (or at least that’s what we did). The mussels and fries for 13.50 seemed like a never ending pot of fresh sweet mussels. My wife loved her veal and cream. The service was friendly and nice.

Our waiter Jonah was beyond accommodating and so wonderful! He is the reason we came back a 2nd time!! The food was served quickly and was completely delicious! The dessert was even better!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Paris!!

Have to start off by saying the food was great. If i could give 5 stars for just the food i would. now the customer service was another story.. They opened at 7 like most restaurants in the area. When i arrived i was the first customer of the night since they were actually still setting up when i got there. After i was sat and given a menu i was left unattended for almost 20 minutes. Was not offered water or anything to drink. When a waiter finally came to take my order his first words to me were, what do you want .. Now maybe the waiter didn 't speak better English so it could have been an issue of translation, i was a expecting a how may i help you . I ordered soup and for dinner i had rigatoni. I was eventually asked what i wanted to drink and i ordered a wine. After drinking the wine i found a fly in it. Not only that but it seems many small flies where in the restaurant.The staff did replace my wine with a fresh cup.I was then offered water which i took to later see in my bill i was billed 7 Euro for water. For one glass of wine, one soup,and one entree almost 60 euro was not worth it. Do yourself the favor and go down the block to Casa Cristo where the owner tends to his guest incredibly!

Brewery remade has recently been very nice decor we have tried this midday svec of working glues very good flat copying the meat of qualite the dish of the day beefburguignon to the top desserts house also beautiful exlerkence bravo all

Diner with family very good cuisine the extra beef rating as well as the duck dessert magret at home the agreable anbiance the boss has offered us the smiling aperitives we will be back soon
