Service very long more than 2 and a half hours for 2 medium dishes we will not return to flee for tourists

We were very impressed with this restaurant, so much so that we visited it twice.We had a choice from the cathedral menu which was wide enough for all choices.the waiters were nice and polite, were amenable to sit us where we wanted and welcomed praise with a smile... which in France are few and far between. We used their partners 'Restopolitan' and achieved a great price with great food... highly recommend within the shadows of the Notre Dame

Here is a restaurant that has an enviable position - left bank, 2 minutes walk from our lady - and where you feel at once comfortable. It was a tavern in the 19th century, it is now a very good restaurant that offers traditional French cuisine of very good quality. Try!

Very honestly I do not understand the positive opinions of this restaurant if it is not for the frame...The service is very minimalist. I was set up after I had to wait nicely for the servers to finish their discussion, without even addressing me or a look, or a hint to wait for the time it ends. Maybe they didn't see me face them on the other side of their counter. barely 50 cm from them. who knows!? succinct! on the moment I didn't formalize myself apart, it can happen with a little inattention...I settle so and wait for my friends, arrived with a little delay because of the various slowdowns of the month of August in the transports. Do you think I would have been offered a map to be what to wait and/or order an aperitif!? And no. I had to ask the waiter for the card, and I was just waiting for a moment. But, well, that could happen too... we could have some bread after we asked twice. Likewise, we were served in water. After having to make the request also....not counting the time of service and to be disembarked between two dishes.While the meal is not the best, this could at the limit justify a more important preparation time. But the snails were clearly frozen and the rest of the really banal dishes... Only positive points: the setting and the situation of the restaurant in front of our lady. But that's all...In conclusion: we will unfortunately not return to it, despite the very friendly frame and the reduction of the dart.

I came here to eat with friends. Very nice evening, we ate very well, very nice staff and prepared, very pleasant view.
