We were in this neighborhood by chance and we stopped by this place. They serve really good to lotus ramen you might not even find easily in Japan. The space is limited but we will definitely go back to this neighborhood only to visit this restaurant. View all feedback.
What Constance Jacob doesn't like about Hakata Ramen Choten:
We’ve been to this restaurant a few years ago for lunch and I thought it was one of the best ramens I’ve ever had. We stayed in a long line and it was so worth it. Outstanding gyoza and bowls of ramen. During this trip to Paris we decided to come back and this time we didn’t have to wait at all. There were 3 people in front of us and we were let in almost immediately. The staff was as nice as the last time. The servi... View all feedback.
It is with sadness that I learned the final closure of Naritake Kotteri Ramen in Paris. This restaurant, which has become a true reference in the Parisian culinary landscape over the years, now leaves us a great vacuum. What made Naritake so special, it was its rich and tasty bouillons, a unique feature that unfortunately no one finds anywhere else in the city light. The Soyu and Miso ramens, prepared with a creamy and tasty pork broth, were their uncontested specialty. Each spoon was an explosion of flavors, a symphony of delicate notes that transported guests directly to the heart of Japanese gastronomy. Unfortunately, with the final closure of Naritake, there will be no place to taste this type of ramen as exceptional in Paris. Rich and complex broth enthusiasts will have to resign to this loss because this little culinary gem was truly unique in its kind. Goodbye, Naritake. Thanks for awakening our taste buds with your exceptional bouillons and creating an unforgettable culinary experience. You will forever leave a gustative memory engraved in our memories, recalling the irreplaceable character of your kitchen. Copious and good Archipelago, but a monstrous dick... come on Sunday night in last service. The special ramen is very good, but can be too salty hair.
Very good ramen restaurant. My favorite bet for the moment. The restaurant is currently open only on Thursday?
The broth was delicious and the rest very good I recommend!
Ramen delicious, one of the best I ate. A little nugget in Paris. The waiter is adorable and the mood music is very relaxing. A moment out of time. I'll turn my eyes closed!
