Absolute GEM! I dined with my daughter and we loved everything about this restuarant. We were tourists but didn't want to feel like tourists, and that's exactly what happened. We had a great time at Garcon. The truffle risotto was warm and creamy and delicious and the creme brulee was to die for. Our server made us feel right at home
