Every trip to Fulgurances is an adventure because the chefs change about every 6 months . Each has worked as a sous chef in some high end restaurant from Mexico to Brittany to Norway to south east Asia.so the cuisine differs considerably. But there is always a buzz of excitement waiting to see what delicious morsel will appear. The staff is a really supportive team who appear just as excited with each dish as they discover it. The ambiance is young and unpretentious.
Very good menu, relaxed atmosphere, attentive service. The sommelier did also a great job, not only selecting wine, but also beer with one course. Very nice evening!
We went to the restaurant late October, 2021. Iñaki Bolumburu's dishes were delicious. A very good experience overall. Food, service and price/value. Excellent!
Wow! a complete menu of this quality for 24 euro only! and what experience in the plate! It's not a discount kitchen.The ravioli with smoked eel, what a souvenir! a reservation on the glass wine menu, not very convincing.
