The menu at 59 euros is perfect, both in terms of quality and quantity. Everything is extremely tasty and very delicate. As you can see on the menu, there is a lot of fish. Having already eaten in Dilia a bit ago and having loved the experience, I came back for a evening dinner in 5 services. The tasting menu is consistent and the dishes are well thought out and executed. It is a value on without being so extraordinary, consistent for the price. On the other hand, the room service is not in the kitchen. Abrupt and sometimes unfriendly servers, the presentation of the dishes is done very quickly without understanding or integrating the information. We took the Mets-vins agreement. The selection of wines was precise and generally adapted. On the other hand, the amount served by the glass is small, not more than 1/2 glass. Overall a good experience, but the service must return and gain in professionalism.

I don't like to make too much negative comments but having compared with other addresses of the same price level, in Paris (month 55 to 88 euros in the evening) so much better, I want to say that I was not packed. My main criticism is that several dishes (so we have to say passages, since the quantity is quickly swallowed it is true) were much too salted, and yet I love salt. Too bad because the recipes are attractive when reading the menu.We have a bit rigole yellow with the mouth when we get a small pot containing a fries each (from panais or polenta I don't know anymore).
