Really nice setting that changes my usual cantoches that I love more than anything. I had not hooked their pho bo soup recipe during my last passage, but l, exploring the rest of the card, enthusiastic and unanimous advice from the whole table. the appetizer is opened with a set of apritives chosen by bibi: chicken nems and non-fat veggie nems at all, spring beef rollers, and also shrimp with a good balancing of ingrdients, bend shrimps. I've directed the indcis on the loc lake beef, the sre value that always flats. For my part, I tested the spcial bun as in the old toasted pork, lamin pork (b and stuffed crab, hyper copious. That's a good one! the other bun cha gio more classic than I saw dfiler were well trimmed and appetizing. banh xeo well lger, of which cath could come without problems. the dessert menu is well thought: in addition to the typical desserts, it aligns proposals more adapted to Western gots. bravo for the big work on the wine map!!! nice wise choices on the different rgions france world.
